Chapter 3: The Good Samaritan
Based on Luke 10:29-37

Robbers attacked a man on a road. The robbers hurt the man and stole everything he had. Running away, they left the man lying on the ground. A traveler soon came down the road. He saw the injured man lying on the road. But he chose to walk by without helping him. A second traveler also saw the injured man and walked by.

Then a traveler from Samaria came down the road. This traveler stopped and took care of the injured man. After he bandaged the man's wounds, he put the man on his donkey and he brought the injured man to an inn. Arriving at the inn, the Samaritan said to the owner, "Take care of this injured man. I will pay you whatever it costs."
