Please know that while we will do our best to help you with any issue you are experiencing, we are only able to address errors that are specifically to do with our server or FaithFirst.com. If you're experiencing a problem with your computer itself, your printer, your email, etc., we can possibly point you to a solution but cannot fix these problems.

Please give as many details as possible about the problem you are experiencing. Please include the following:

• Where are you exactly on the site? Copy and paste the URL (the web address: "http://www.faithfirst.com") into the form below if possible. For example, there are multiple sections of the site where materials for Chapter Reviews appear. Please help us narrow it down.
• What kind of computer, operating system and browser are you using? (PC or Mac, Windows XP or OS X, Internet Explorer or Netscape, for example.) Software versions are helpful also, for example, Internet Explorer version 7.
• Are you on a personal home computer, or a computer at school/work? Have you had the same problem on more than one computer?
• Please give in detail any error messages you are seeing, and what application you are seeing them in. In the web page itself? An error when you try to print? An error when you try to download? The more detail you can give, the better.
