When I grow up. . .

What are your special gifts? How do you use them? In chapter 17, you learned about vocations. Many people use their gifts to show love for God. They have a vocation to live a certain way.

Look at page 146 in your book. People use their gifts in many ways. Some women become sisters or nuns. Some men and women get married and have families. Some men become priests and brothers. Teachers use special gifts, and so do doctors. Carpenters and nurses have special gifts, too.

How do you want to use your special gifts? How do you use them now? Click on the link below to download and print out the picture frame. On one side, draw how you use your gifts to love God now. On the other, show how you want to live and love God when you get older. Then, you can hang the picture up at home. Put it in a place where you can see it often. You can say the prayer, too. Say it before you go to bed tonight. Thank God for making you so wonderful!
