Understanding the Creeds

In this chapter, you learned about professing our faith and our creeds. Follow the directions below to explore creeds.

Choose one of the following activities:

• Write your own creed. Include what you believe about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
  
  
• Write out the Apostles' Creed. Then cut each line into strips of paper. Mix up the strips and try to put them back in the correct order again. Time yourself and see if you get faster with practice.
  
  
• Write the Apostles' Creed on a card to make a prayer card. Decorate the prayer card. Hang your prayer card where you can use it before bed or when you get up in the morning.
