Random Acts of Kindness

The sacraments are a sign of God's love for us. They give us the strength to be a sign of God's love for others. Even the smallest kindness we do--like smile or a word of encouragement--can have a powerful effect on someone else's spirits.

Random Acts of Kindness are simple actions done without any thought of gain for ourselves. They are actions we take just for the joy of expressing God's love for the world.
