Patron Saints
In Chapter 24, you read about some of the ways we pray. People pray to saints for many reasons. They pray for help and for guidance.
Some people pray to certain saints for special reasons. The Church calls these saints "patron saints." Some patron saints are for the sick or for people who need protection.
